Triple Berry Smoothie Bowl

Summer isn’t over just yet so I’m making the most of it with this crazy delicious Triple Berry Smoothie Bowl!

I’m such a fan of smoothie bowls because not only are they super easy to throw together on busy mornings or lazy Sundays, but you they look so pretty and require fun toppings! 

Serves: 1 Serving
INGREDIENTS
1 cup frozen mixed berries (Rushmore Essentials Berry Blend)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
3 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
Ice, for thickening
Optional Toppings:
Fresh fruit (I used blueberries, raspberries and blackberries)
Granola
Hemp hearts
Chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth. Add all your fun toppings and enjoy!
